Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We use Australia Post as our preferred shipping partner.

Please keep in mind that delivery delays may occur due to high order volumes or postal service disruptions that are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking details to become available.
