Refunds and Returns Policy
At Curious Minds, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re pleased to offer a refund for items returned in new, resalable condition.
Return Requirements:
- In-Store: Must include proof of purchase.
- By Mail: Must include proof of purchase, your full name, and the reason for the return.
We will reach out via phone or email to confirm your return or exchange. Processing takes up to 5 business days once your item is received and inspected.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- We do not provide prepaid labels for refunds or returns. Customers are responsible for all packaging and shipping costs for returning goods.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and include all manuals, tags, packaging, and accessories in pristine condition.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll issue a refund for the item price (excluding original shipping costs).
Defective or Faulty Products
Curious Minds prioritises quality and service. If you receive a defective product, we offer a full refund. Assessment criteria may include the product’s condition and fault type.
To return a faulty product, please contact us at nicole@curiousminds.com.au with:
- Proof of fault (e.g., photos and a brief description).
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, retailer details, or bank statement).
Please note that we may decline refunds or replacements if the fault is due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Lost or Damaged Returns:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Curious Minds is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
