Our 1000-piece puzzles are flexible, and since both orientations share the same dimensions, your image will be presented vertically on both the puzzle and the box label, giving you the perfect portrait-style keepsake.

How to Design Your Own Puzzle:

STEP #1) Upload Your Image: Add your custom image that you want us to use to create your personalised jigsaw from your images. Ensure you’re the legal owner of the image, and follow our file specifications to ensure optimal quality. Please check out our recommended file specs below.

STEP #2) Add a Title: Add a title for your custom puzzle

STEP #3) Select Quantity: Choose how many custom puzzles you’d like for your order.

STEP #4) Add to Cart: Click on the “Add To Cart”  then head to checkout to finalise your order.

STEP #5) Proceed to checkout: Enter your details and pay for the order. You’re done, we will do the rest!!

STEP #6) Add Personal Notes: Use the notes section at checkout to add special instructions—perfect for added personalisation. This is where you add any specific notes you want to tell us.

Resolution: 300dpi (For best results, upload a high-resolution image – minimum 3000px wide. Original photos from your phone camera work best. Avoid screenshots or images from Facebook/Instagram as they may print blurry.)

File Format: JPEG, PNG, TIFF

ColourSpace: Adobe RGB, sRGB, we will use this same image to go onto the lid of the box.
